Conveyorised Cooling Tank

A conveyorized cooling tank, also known as a conveyor cooling system or conveyor cooling tunnel, is a piece of equipment used in industrial manufacturing processes to cool products or materials as they move along a conveyor belt. It is commonly used in various industries, including food processing, pharmaceuticals, plastics, and metalworking.

The cooling tank consists of a tunnel-like structure with an open top and a conveyor belt running through it. The conveyor belt carries the products or materials that need to be cooled, such as freshly baked goods, hot metal parts, or plastic components. The tank is designed to provide controlled cooling by circulating chilled air or a cooling medium, such as water or a refrigerant, throughout the tunnel.

As the products or materials move along the conveyor belt, they are exposed to cool air or cooling medium, which helps to lower their temperature. The cooling process can be achieved through various mechanisms, including direct airflow, indirect heat transfer, or immersion in a cooling medium.
